Services
Our refund policy allows for a refund of 100% of your red-light fat loss or red-light pain package purchased if requested within 24 hours from the time of your initial purchase. Any service used on the same day of the purchase will be deducted from the remaining refunded package value. If you would like to cancel your package and services, please contact our office via phone and email at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to your appointment.
Once your red-light package services have started, your payment is non-refundable. As with any weight loss or wellness program, results will vary. RED does not guarantee individual results.

Retail Products
Retail products may be returned and refunded in full within 14 days from the date of purchase. Products must be returned unopened in original undamaged packaging.
